"I realised that having the bachelor would open doors professionally and coming back to the kind of environment that PSC provides could expand my professional network, reinforce my passion for photography and push me to make work that I wouldn’t otherwise"
Eric Jong. Bachelor of Photography Pathway Program 2016
Graduates with an Advanced Diploma of Photography qualification (or equivalent) can upgrade to the PSC Bachelor of Photography via this 1 year program.
The program is delivered in a part time study mode allowing qualified applicants to complete a Bachelor of Photography qualification over one calendar year whilst continuing to work full-time. Classes are delivered on two evenings and some weekends.
This program is designed to cover the gaps that exist between what graduates have previously completed in an Advanced Diploma program (or equivalent) and a Bachelor of Photography qualification. Enrolment in this program gives students access to all the benefits, facilities and staff that the College offers
PSC offers RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and credit transfer. This can be applied for at enrolment and ensures that all prospective students with relevant prior experience such as photographic professionals or graduates of Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs for credit transfer are advised of the possibility of having this prior experience taken into consideration.
