Oliver Hodgkins

Third year Bachelor of Photography student Oliver Hodgkins' work is within a conceptual documentary genre. He's been working on a long-term project for about one and a half years now. His series documents the community on French Island in Western Port Bay in Victoria. 

Oliver has had a lot of fun childhood memories of visiting the island as a kid and he decided to go back as an adult with his camera this time. He is very interested in rural Australian culture and that comes out a lot in his photographic practice.
