Oliver Hodgkins

Third year Bachelor of Photography student Oliver Hodgkins' work is within a conceptual documentary genre. He's been working on a long-term project for about one and a half years now. His series documents the community on French Island in Western Port Bay in Victoria. 

Oliver has had a lot of fun childhood memories of visiting the island as a kid and he decided to go back as an adult with his camera this time. He is very interested in rural Australian culture and this can be seen in his photographic practice.
