Set up student emailIt’s important to check your student email regularly because we use it for important notifications. If you don’t check in often, you may miss any key information about your course, assignments or any key events/dates at PSC.

Username and passwordUse your student email address as your username when you login to Office 365.Your student email address is in the format studentID@psc.edu.au. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org. You can find your student ID on your letter of offer or student ID card. You will generate a password when you sign in for the first time. If you forget your password, use the Forgot my password link on https://office.com webpage, to reset it.This password is for Office 365 account only.
Set up PSC email on a mobile deviceThe easiest way to receive PSC emails is to download the free Microsoft Outlook app available for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS operating systems. Download these free apps from the Apple or Android app stores. You can also access email through apps such as Mail on iPhone.To set up your account, ensure your device is connected to the internet, open the Outlook application then add a new email account by entering your PSC email address as your username, and your password.
Forward email to a personal accountYou can redirect your PSC student email so it's automatically sent to a personal email address.To forward all messages to another email address:
- Log into Outlook
- Click the gear icon to change your settings
- Under Your app settings, click Mail
- From the list of Options, under Accounts, click Forwarding
- Select the Start forwarding option
- Enter the new address in the Forward my email to: text box
- Click Save
